Responsible for some of the major Telecom operators: •Germany, Malaysia, Oman, Tunisia, Belgium.

Project management according to the PMI and the Company SDLC best practices with main focus on planning, risk analysis, scheduling, integration, monitor, control and report to higher management. Medium size projects management of the telecommunications SW solutions. Average projects duration of 6 months, direct management of 30 technical resources in the R&D. Main parties involved: Executive, Product Marketing, R&D, Operations and Customers.

TAC 2 Expert for OSS 2G/3G systems: NetAct, OTS (Operation and maintenance Tool Set) and RC (Radio Commander). Team leader of the TAC 1 team, Type Acceptance, FSA and Roll-out support for the customers Vodafone Germany and E-Plus. Technical trainings for local & customer’s employees.

Team leader of the OSS testing group. OSS software for GERAN and UTRAN networks: OTS including RNA, Fault Management, Performance Management, CM* (Configuration Management). Execution of validation and acceptance tests at most important operators in Italy: TIM, H3G and Wind.
