MBA Project at Business Innovation Department, consulting and measuring feasibility of new project. The project team was responsible in developing a sustainable business model by identifying main customers and model competitiveness. Recommendations for operational partnership model and a sales and marketing proposal.

Forecast and plan product demand, purchase and negotiate with suppliers, closely communicate to internal customer. Manage and organise B2B trade shows in Hong Kong, initiated first mainland China B2B show in late 2012. At the same time, responsible for supply chain of a product line, from material import, inventory control, logistic, replenishment to recommendation on supply chain improvement.

Part of USA brand product team, monitored sales performance, conducted sales analysis and product replenishment. Provided internal training and handled problems and requests from shops. Maintained close communication with overseas suppliers and provided competitor research and product performance quarterly. in addition, a cross department project of company social media took part in 2011 for 9 months, marketing strategies were defined and implemented, the result was an increase of 80,000 fans from 20,000.

Main responsibility focused in retail operation, worked closely with sales managers and provide product performance analysis, sales forecast and replenishment plan. Organise and manage roadshows from product preparations to sales analysis and reporting. Worked in addition with marketing team on product development projects.

One year rotation at different companies and departments within company group, departments such as Development, Manufacture, Sales & Operations, Human Resource, Finance, Customer Communication and IT. Provided feedback and insights from observation to improvement efficiency in operation.
