• Responsible to build, organize, and control the technical project team in order to define the process to guarantee the acquisition and integration of new industrial systems. • Coordinating product/process convergence and resolving technical sticking points. • Draw up the technical product schedule in accordance with the Master Schedule for the Project. • Define the targets according to the main KPI projects, to ensure convergence with the industrial contract.

• Define new production lines robotized, automatic and manuals working with internal/external areas and suppliers. • Ensure the convergence between product/process from the design, development, installation, setup, and deployment guaranteeing industrial performance, maintenance, safety, ergonomic. • Define workforce model for directs operations (MOD). • Document all the process specification.

• Cost estimating and budget development of manufacturing, export-import, storage and distribution the parts. • Work between factories in Brazil and Argentina to guarantee all the logistic process and parts manufacturing. • Monitoring and analyze performance and reliability of the project. Guarantee the application of the standards.

• Analysis and reporting KPIs of the department. Main focus in quality, developing improvement proposals.

• Reservation, reception, administration, sales wholesaler, and retailer. Coordination housekeeping service.
