Key results: • Built PMO from scratch: hired and led 8 leads and 23 project managers • Drove org restructuring, increasing delivery throughput and alignment • Led change management and tool adoption, reducing delivery delays • Improved cross-functional collaboration, transparency, and decision speed

FunCorp is a global UGC app company with millions of users and a Top-10 US entertainment app. Key results: • Drove xx% YoY revenue growth by scaling A/B tests from 50+ to 100+ • Cut PM onboarding from 1 month to 2 weeks • Hired and led up to 8 PMs, established a PMO, and took over leadership of the PM function
