Tasks: •Managed and administered Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Entra ID environments for multiple enterprise clients. •Supported identity and access management within Microsoft Entra ID, including user, group, and device administration. •Collaborated with internal teams to resolve incidents and maintain stable client environments. Projects: •CIS Security Hardening – Implemented CIS security recommendations to strengthen Microsoft Intune, Conditional Access, and Microsoft 365 environments.

Projects: •Led migration of all Windows devices from Google MDM to Microsoft Intune, including: •Autopilot‐based zero‐touch onboarding •Automated application deployment (Chocolatey) •Security hardening (BitLocker enforcement, LAPS, removal of local admin rights) •Implemented phishing simulation and security awareness programs (KnowBe4, CyberSamurai) •Supported office relocation by coordinating hardware logistics and asset lifecycle decisions

Projects: • Reduced onboarding time from ~1h → 10min with scripted setups & SaaS automation. • Implemented Snipe-IT asset management from scratch (setup, migration, training) • Researched/tested Kandji as a new MDM for macOS fleet.

Projects: • Migrated SoTi from on-prem → cloud. • Rolled out BitLocker encryption across all laptops. • Implemented Zero-Touch deployment with WDS.

Projects: • Set up internal MediaWiki knowledge base on Ubuntu to centralize documentation.
