Five last years I've been working for customers at large (staff 20k-300k) Russian commodity-based enterprises. I were managing mostly ICT & Infrastructure projects at different phases, and in accordance to PMBoK-like internal methodologies with minimal exposure to the Agile. As a PM, I am responsible for reaching the milestones in a timely manner, with respect to budget and quality constraints. Teams are usually ranging from 10 to 40 members in total, and are geographically dispersed.

I was managing operations and development of main company products' infrastructure (a distributed server network in former USSR countries from Vladivostok to Riga with the core in Moscow: 100+ hw servers, 30+ remote nodes). Tasks were relating to infrastructure core services (11 offices in 9 countries), including office networking, printing, user AAA, mail servers, issue tracking/PM tools, monitoring/inventory software, helpdesk suite maintenance. 7 reports.

I have been acting as a Project Delivery Manager for the multiservice network project on the "Adler-Arena" speed skating venue. Main duties: supervising venue construction, assessing technical conditions compliance, planning network deployment, coordinating the deployment process (fiber optics, hardware, power system), putting the nodes into operation, undertaking regulatory, operational and performance audits. Performed additional job-role of Venue Telecom Manager at Sochi-2014 OGOG during the 2013-2014.

I held responsible for ensuring the troubleproof broadband network operations (Alcatel-Lucent-based, 1500+ devices, 25+ aggregation nodes, 20k+ subscribers), maintaining the quality of service (according to the company standards book), and network security. Those were the years of rapid development and optimization of the Network, acceptance of the new nodes and segments. Managed the Units staff (7 direct reports, overall department's strength 19).
