Focus on international cross-functional coordination (in particular for the Tax function) and management of global carve-out projects and post deal integrations. Global curve-out project: involved in project managing all aspects of coordination with several functions and implementation of the carve-out across 40+ countries for a German leading science and technology company on the sale of its worldwide consumer health business.

Main tasks: - Solvency II reporting preparation and compliance - Solvency II implementation for Asset Managers: portfolio structure analysis and calculation of the SCR (market risk sub-module); - Daily and monthly tax calculations (Equity Gain and Interim Profit); - Regulatory Reporting consulting for Investment Funds / Asset Managers.

I had been involved in multiple assignments, for example: • Produced statistical analysis and monthly or ad-hoc reports for the Investment Committee; • Collected, verified and distributed corporate credit applications (e.g.: annual review, refinancing, new single deals); • Project team for the development of a new tool for the monitoring of LT loans; • Supported the Head of the team in the coordination of all projects involving the Department (e.g.: reviewed the department’s rulebook)
