- Key Account for Technical, Operations and Project items for Partners and Distributors - SLAs monitoring: responsible for issues/improvements/monitoring of services delivered - New project initiatives and requests management for new commercial products / process improvements - Support on business development initiatives - Monitoring of internal performances and areas of improvements.
