Responsible for global process & system improvements initiatives, along with strategic plannings reviews (yearly business plan, multi-year strategic capacity planning process)

Lead Global S&OP process governance for two franchises of J&J Medical Devices (15,000 sku, GPS US$ 3,5 Bn). Responsible for service, demand consolidation, financial alignment, supply and inventory governance across 4 regions (EMEA, USA, ASPAC, JPN), as well as for the development of the unconstraint supply plan (MPS creation) and its handover to the internal stakeholders (6 plants worldwide)

Responsible to manage the demand and supply balance for main local and international brands for the confectionary business across 4 different sales channels (200sku, $ 114 M, 5 european plants). Lead the deployment of lean techniques within all the planning departments of Nestle Italy (6 business units, 70 people)
