Worked directly with the founder of a beverage manufacturer to stabilise operations during rapid growth. Took interim operational leadership of a 75-person site, restructuring the organisation and introducing performance management. Rebuilt pricing around material costs, wastage, production efficiency and labour. Introduced yield measurement to give the business visibility into where margin was being lost.

Led strategy execution, product innovation and operational performance for a €360M FMCG brand across 20 manufacturing sites. Partnered with senior leadership on growth strategy; structured launches delivering 8 products during COVID disruptions. Deployed machine-learning quality inspection, reducing consumer complaints, and led material-efficiency and reliability programmes with direct P&L impact. Worked with HR on career and appraisal frameworks for 750+ HQ managers.

Selected by the Board to establish and lead a €23M greenfield business unit with end-to-end operational responsibility. Built and scaled a workforce of 700+ with full P&L accountability, taking the unit to its first profit within two years. Established safety, quality and performance-management systems, and led engagement with government bodies, local communities and farmers.
