Member of the executive management: aligning the HR function with business KPIs and corporate strategy. In charge of implementing, executing and coordinating all of HR policies globally. Overall responsible for: -Talent management & Recruitment -Training & Development -Career growth & progression -HR Administration with the help of an external supplier -Giving support and advice on compensation & benefits queries

Within the Operations Management board, in charge and responsible of providing service and guidance both to management and employees as it relates to human resource functions: - Talent management including performance reviews and talent recognition. - Management of the entire employees’ life cycle (from recruitment and welcome pack, until company exit if needed). - Attending fairs and events: Off and online branding in order to attract the best talent within the organisation.

- Identifying talent for Colt, across all business divisions including Sales, Technology, I.T and Engineering. - Recruiting across Europe and working closely with virtual teams in those locations. - Using social media tools and recruitment 2.0. - Talent Pooling for all roles / divisions across the business. Competency based interviews. - Managing the whole recruitment process from scratch and managing the feedback process. - Handling the on boarding process and aftercare for all new joiners.

- Global Recruitment: Definition of profiles through skills and competencies. Recruiting national and international profiles for each functional area. Design and implementation of the Referral Programme. - Employee Performance: Annual Performance Evaluation. Definition and monitoring of annual objectives. - Training & Development: Coordination of sales trainings and follow up of the sales teams. Detection of training needs. - Design and presentation of the Welcome Book for new employees.

- Targeting companies and head hunting executive professionals within the IT Sales and Marketing team. - Managing the recruitment projects from the research strategy until short list presentations. - Conducting competency based interviews in the UK and abroad. - Writing weekly and final client reports. Dealing with international projects for global clients (e.g. HP across Europe, BT, Oracle, Cable & Wireless, Fujitsu).
