• Managed the EMEA marketing and business management with P&L responsibility up to 100 MM € revenues • Delivered consistent bottom line growth (+5% year over year) thanks to new product introductions and new distribution • Increased Philips value share (+2% year over year) thanks to business & brand repositioning • Led a team of senior marketing managers based in countries’ sales organizations (12 FTEs)

• Redesigned VARTA lighting portfolio strategy with support of 1 International Product Manager

• Supervised the Italian brand portfolio of JTI (5 Brands) with P&L and Brand KPI’s responsibility up to 200 MM € revenues • Accelerated Winston growth (+30% sales) and repositioned Camel becoming most preferred brand in key target group • Led a team of 2 brand managers

• Managed Milka product marketing function and confectionery innovation projects (Milka, Toblerone, Cote D’Or) with responsibility up to 30 MM € revenues • Strengthened Milka gross margin (+2% year on year) thanks to assortment optimization and new product introductions
