Established and managed day-to-day activities of financial analysis department, which was responsible for preparation and review of all the financial calculations presented to the senior management.

Established financial planning and analysis (FP&A) / controlling department from scratch with all the processes and tools. Hired, coached and lead a team of 5 analysts responsible for financial planning, management reporting and cost controlling.

Established management reporting sub-department responsible for disclosure in line with National Bank of Italy guidelines. At the end of my term I was promoted to a senior role in "Consumer Finance Holding" - a major acquisition and biggest subsidiary of VUB bank.

Senior analyst position within an international bank. At the end of my term I was promoted to a managerial position within VUB bank to establish and head management reporting department.

Worked in the field of fixed assets accounting (US GAAP) for Southern Europe. I also headed and coordinated Slovak part of the company-wide project for optimizing global fixed assets allocation.
