- Collating responses from festival feedback including verifying that people filled in the paper forms - Creating online audience feedback survey on SurveyMonkey - Evaluating results of feedback forms and creating excel charts for report - Contributing to final festival report - Collaborating with other departments incl. programming, box office and the film industry

- assisting with setup and removal of the fair - aiding in the smooth running of the fair (communication with exhibitors) - dealing with the guest list (ushering) - promotion of receiving the ART MUC newsletter

- communicating with gallery owners and the runners of the fair - helping with the day-to-day running of the fair

- assisting in the organization and administration of two significant exhibition openings (Gerhard Richter and Georg Baselitz) which approx. 500 people attended - entrusted with additional responsibility of researching about museums, galleries and personalities for the associates at the museum - improved communication skills through approaching different museum departments regarding any queries and inviting guests concerning the exhibition openings
