Lead the Marketing department at IKEA Austria and develop and execute Marketing strategies in order to increase desire for the IKEA Brand, drive the commercial objectives and attract new customers. Responsible for external Communication, CRM, Commercial & Corporate PR, Web, Social Media. Lead and develop Customers Service Department IKEA Austria and IKEA Food (Restaurants).

Head of Marketing OBI Austria, Slovenia, Bosnia and Latvia. Responsible for External Communication, CRM, Web, Datamining, Research.

Responsible for External Communication Media Markt Austria and Saturn Austria. Focus on Brand Positioning and Commercial activites.

Conception and implementation of image- and sales promotions for different client groups.
