- Directed HR team of three people to manage HR programs - Drove employee growth by designing HR performance practises based on team seniority: KPI based for junior team members, and performance and feedback based for senior team members - Strengthened employer branding and recruiting initiatives through creating and hiring for a Public Relations role, leading projects with local STEM center and contributing to their children’s program development

- Led all people programs for Datalex project in Minsk with stakeholders across Ireland, Ukraine, and Belarus  - Implemented an automated onboarding experience for internship graduate students, creating a scalable program across engineering teams and improving employee and new hire experience - Created a company-wide data-driven process that allows Senior Leadership track key indicators across attrition, project health, flight risk, and org health
