Responsible for different points of Sales in the East part of Germany ( Leipzig, Dresden, Hannover, Braunschweig) : from stock management through recruitment, daily operations, customer service, marketing, training to visual merchandising)

Responsible for the HUBLOT Boutique in Budapest ( from opening to day-to-day operations), opening of LA PERLA and BREITLING Budapest luxury boutiques, recruitment of their staff and management of their daily operations together with the existent VERTU Boutique Budapest part of company portfolio.

Responsible for different point of sales in Hungary: stock, people management, recruitment, visual merchandising, schedule, productivity, marketing.
