Dedicated to Vale's CLN150 (150 Mtpy) and S11D (230 Mtpy) which are to improve iron ore dispatch through Vale's harbor at Terminal Ponta da Madeira. Main equipments: 4 Sandvik Duo Quadrant Ship Loading and Coveyor belts. (biggest worldwide) I'm responsible for project's engineering management and support to Vale's project leadership.

• Responsible for asset integrity in Green Mill Plant and Carbon Baking Furnace. • Development of reliability strategies over production equipment in order of achieving higher OEE and aluminum process capability; • Lean and TPS approach toward maintenance activities and core planning; • Support on capital projects from FEL 1 - 3; • Cost management; • Mentoring and guidance to plant engineering team;

Maintenance and reliability engineer to mining mobile equipment; • Responsible for maintenance planning and strategies; • Employment of TPS and Lean initiatives on equipment and operational staff for continuous improvement and lower cost achievements; • Capital project management from Fel 1 - 3; • Rule of EHS team to mobile equipment safety; • Technical management of maintenance and planning staff; • Backup to department's Superintendant;
