My role as a Business Manager is to recruit, motivate, manage and coordinate consultants and teams in the IT area. I am responsible for the strategic management of nearshoring projects and responsible for creating nearshore teams; Strategic management of their business unit through the assessment of costumer needs, exploration, proposals, negotiation and client management.

Responsible for the recruitment of profiles for Nearshore projects: - Recruitment and selection of profiles in IT, with focus on international projects and nearshore; - Interviews to evaluate and select the most suitable candidates;
