The course is aimed at studying the impact of globalization on social, economic and political spheres. Program includes studying at three different universities, half-year each one: University of Kwazulu-Natal (South Africa), Uni Freiburg (Germany) and University of Jawaharlal Nehru (India).

The course is oriented towards careers as experts, consultants and professionals in national and international institutions and organizations - both public (administrative and research) and private (profit and non-profit) - engaged in the field of local development.
