• Primary contact for Export / Local customers via e-mail & Phone • Responsible for taking orders and calls • Searching availability & container optimization • Creating orders, preparing pro-forma and following deliveries via SAP • Handling routine inquiries, complaints, residuals, claims and refunds

• To realize the time & KAIZEN analysis on the production and logistics fields of suppliers for the parts bought • Finding the gaps to improve the production efficiency to decrease the unit price for the parts (Non-Value added actions, time losses, packaging improvements, operator gains etc.) • Reporting and following the actions taken

• To realize purchasing procedures and negotiation with the suppliers to manage contract development • Finding new opportunities for continual Cost Improvement • Developing Renault Supplier Portfolio for ENERGY & ENGINEERING & MAINTENANCE & SPARE PARTS

• Putting into Service the electrical distribution centers (60KV / 22KV / 0,4KV) • Preparing and applying the periodic maintenance formules and formation • Monitoring the electrical energy consumption for the departments and the factory
