Managing of the whole Hostel operations. Maintenance of the Hostel appearance in various Booking pages such as Hostelworld, Hostelbookers and Booking.com. Managing reservations, room allocation and accounting. Furthermore in charge of the Tourist information.

Production of Promotional Videos This comprises the filming, editing and publishing of Videos for the Agency as well as the translation of the spanish scripts into english and german and the respective dubbing of the films. Focussing on locations in the andean highlands but also other places of interest for tourism in Ecuador.

Running a Microbrewery and being responsible for doing and organizing all necessary activities from milling, brewing, filling and managing the delivery to the customers. As well the optimization of process flows and efficiency of all work processes and the physical setup of the brewery. Establishing a comprehensive documentation of the detailed processes including recipes for new startup breweries as well as producing videoclips to be displayed in the bars in Ecuador selling the beer.

Responsible for global Finance, Reporting and HR Applications for internal use focussing on SAP ERP, SAP HCM, SAP BI, QlikView and other applications.

Design of a new SAP ERP/BW setup for finance, logistic and reporting, upgrade of the existing SAP version and global Roll Out in 24 countries. Creation of the respective Documentation, Training, Support and ongoing maintenance.
