Created the compliance aspect of the Professional Services Divisions’ largest clients. This entailed handling the paperwork, testing and results between potential contractors, served as the middle person between recruiters, account manager and clients. Served as principle point of contact for up to 150 contract staff across three key clients enabling development in major client relationship management skills.

Family business: Main point of contact for customers and contractors. In charge of making appointments and sending quotes, as well as following up with the customer. Handled all paperwork and insurance for each project. Created and managed all marketing material, including Social Media outlets and website. Translated from English to Spanish for the owner and workers.

Given the task to create a training program for current employees and future hires solving the issue of “Why the American market line was receiving negative feedback from customers?” Had three months to create and complete training 10 employees from diverse cultural backgrounds and age groups.

Helped manager and assistant manager run the store, during internship period participated in a group project on how to increase the DIY market.

Handled business file reviews and conducted in-depth research. Assisted with the Smarts Program development and content (designed to help HS junior and seniors), and analyzed/ formatted raw data from the previous year to present to management and donators.
