• HR Process: Onboarding and New Hire Compliance; Recruitment activities • Review resumes in online database to recruit qualified individuals for specific open positions • Post to online job boards, and through applicant tracking system (ATS), source resumes, schedule interviews; Schedule interviews for external candidates • Process background checks and create files as needed; I9 compliance checks • Benefits Administration; Payroll projects such PayCom administration.

• Complete tasks in the recruiting and hiring process, including posting of job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting telephone, video, and in-person interviews, making job offers and negotiating starting salaries; onboarding new hire and assist in organizing orientation. • Learning and understanding the importance of employment law and compliance, especially regarding employment eligibility, confidentiality, proper maintenance of employee files, and forms management.

• Handle inventory management, and product pricing and re-pricing. • Data entry on excel and csv files • Sales promotion marketing & advertising of products through social media. • Works closely with the credit department to resolve disputed credit items. • Provides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns. • Partners with the sales team to meet and exceed customer’s service expectations.
