Develop business with existing customers and win new orders. • In single machine and retrofit market, to introduce the benefits of new and existing products and service business and proactively seek opportunities to develop the market share. • Technical consulting of customers about optimal operating of their factories (maintenance, technology, spare parts and retrofits)

• Coordinate of all sales and aftersales operations between Deutz Uzel and Dealers to achieve sales volume, market share and profit budget figures for the region. • Organize frequent visits to dealers and customers; work closely with dealers to realize targets. • Technical support of OEM customers by selecting the right engine with correct scope of supply. • Act as a bridge between Deutz Germany and dealers to achieve targets

Coordinating and planning of all repair works in workshop of 7 technicians. Evaluating all warranty requests, their registration in the system and following up the back payments. Supporting OEMs about technical issues. Informing ZF's production sites about actual issues in Turkey. Implementing and managing of ISO 9001:2000 system. Achieved the best audit note between all international branches of ZF. Educating own and OEM's technicians about maintenance and repair of products
