•   Traced pressure-drop overprediction in multiphase (VOF) CFD to the standard no-slip wall condition and developed a custom wall-slip boundary condition using a C UDF in ANSYS Fluent to better represent polymer–fibre interface behavior. •   Developed a scalable unit-die-to-full-assembly simulation workflow for high-viscosity polymer flow in UD-tape process development, reducing design iterations. •   Redesigned the die geometry based on simulation results to match polymer output flow speed to fibre speed

•   Led end-to-end development of the HexaGlide UAV: concept, CAD modeling, FE-validation, prototyping, and client delivery. •   Ran CFD simulations for airfoil aerodynamic analysis on fixed-wing drone prototypes and propeller performance cases, verifying results against experimental / reference data. •   Identified weight-reduction opportunities through FEA, structural and topology optimization on the Quadra-glide multirotor UAV, achieving ~30% weight reduction while improving stiffness-to-weight ratio.

Battery Thermal Management Using Nanofluids for Electric Vehicles Performed computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulations to analyze the thermal performance of nanofluids in a 7-battery pack system under varying initial conditions. Evaluated heat dissipation efficiency and identified the optimal scenario that minimizes peak temperatures, and would contribute to the enhanced battery longevity, safety, and overall performance in electric vehicle applications.

Worked on process improvement and energy conservation projects while gaining hands-on experience in plant maintenance, utilities management, and project engineering. Contributed to the commissioning of the IoT integration. Worked on a Lean Six Sigma project focused on process optimization and quality improvement.
