I Launched my own logistics startup together with co-founder after graduating from a Masters degree program. We joined the Digital Hub Logistics in which I made relevant business connections with the major logistics players and investors in Hamburg, therefore gaining partnerships and increasing our network. Also responsible for the design of our operations, and worked together with the IT team to get our online platform working.

Business relationships building with new suppliers, national and international. Assistance to trade fairs in different parts of the world. Supervision of all purchases and acquisitions within the company, including finished products, indirect materials, and raw materials. Definition and execution of a strategic budget plan, always keeping in mind the best interests of the company and the necessities of the department. In charge of a team of 5 buyers and 3 logistics specialists.

Control and minimization of quality inventory (defect and quality issues with finished products from our factory and from external suppliers). Creation and supervision of quality standards in store, in the production floor, and for purchasing procedures. Root cause analysis and problem-solving working together with production lines and/or the purchasing department.

Registration and solving quality complaints about raw materials using 8D's methodology. Main contact between production lines and suppliers. Assistance to Senior Engineers for onboarding new products and/or suppliers. Creation and presentation of reports to Quality Management, extracting data from Oracle. Control of Quality's inventories for all business units (Oracle). Supplier's KPI's.

Full-time program held in the English language, Focused on Maritime logistics, Analytical methods, Demand planning, Project management & Management Information Systems. Master Thesis for own company Clinch Logistics GmbH, like market research.

Part of the student body from 2008 to 2010 as Vice-president. Organization and execution of diverse events, such as conferences and workshops. Design of a sensor tray for Chrysler, as part of a final project for graduation (in cooperation with Sensata Technologies, during the internship).
