Adjustments of the value flows (plan / actual) & structures in SAP (plant, sales organization, profit center, cost centers, CO-PA elements & the respective hierarchies & dependencies.

Leadership of five direct & 35 indirect reports of Business Developers worldwide. Rollout of the new function "Business Development" to all 45 subsidiaries worldwide. Developing the skills, roles & responsibilities of the new function. Establishing global standards, methods & models. Executing two global market studies & growth initiatives across 8 regions & 94 countries. Being Responsible for the annual Product Market Strategy & regional market studies / BU Wide market analysis, evaluations & Studies.
