 E2E Project & Program Management for TESCO  Project Initiation, Planning, Reporting & Scheduling.  System Integration, Facilitating Stakeholders & Steering committee meetings.  Sound knowledge on Telco environment, order processing, data monitoring & tracking.  Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately. Ensures timely and accurate internal reporting.  Work closely with project management colleagues to coordinate interdependent tasks, projects and programs.

 Identify & document project scope, gather requirements & initiate the project phase.  Define & communicate requirements to the project teams, maintain project documents & track project activities.  Plan and schedule project deliverables, goals, and milestones. Project execution, monitoring & controlling various risks /issues.  Effective communication to stakeholders and management of project risks and issues

 Single point of contact for end-to-end delivery of a project. Monitor project deliverables & milestones.  Perform Initiation, Planning, and Scoping work for the subsequent releases at the projects level.  Risk/Issue log management on a daily basis, implementing change requests mechanism at the program level.  Ensure that changes to the Project Scope, Deliverables, Timescales or Resources are formally defined, evaluated and approved prior to implementation.
