Managed the end-to-end transition and transformation of a Global Citrix and Azure based DaaS, SaaS platform and environment (Desktop Anywhere Online) to enable 12,000 users to deploy cloned on-premise desktop/PC environment on BYOD basis on Azure Cloud infrastructure via Citrix MCS. - Provisioning of entire secure Azure hosting environment (MFA, subscriptions, resource groups, policy frameworks, AD/OU). - Citrix Autoscaling, VM config, GPO - Transitioning into operational steady state (SLA´s, service desk).

Led the technical design and build-planning of a data centre and infrastructure migration (transformation) comprising IaaS, PaaS for a UK-based global investment company. Collaborated with cross tower functions (eg. ITSM) to prepare fo POC, pilot testing and the capability of a landing zone to support the migration and separation. Technical design components: • Networking and Firewall, X86, Hyper-V, VMware, Storage, AIX, X86 Linux, Oracle, SQL, AD & Authorisation, Citrix XenApp and VDI, Scheduler, Security.

Led the European wide implementation of an IT infrastructure transformation programme (WAN, WLAN, IPT, Cloud/DC Services) for a British luxury fashion house headquartered in London, England. Managed successfully the Global IPVPN roll-out for a leading German luxury car manufacturer. Introduced effective change management procedures. Improved delivery times by eliminating non-value-added activities and by implementing more efficient processes.

- Developed and designed Transition & Transformation programs for complete IT Infrastructure Outsourcing initiatives for major Global customers comprising all relevant IT Service Towers (Service Desk, End User Computing, SIAM, Cross Functional Services, Applications, LAN, WAN, MAN, IPT, DaaS etc.). - Managed various pioneering IT projects that helped our customers to deploy new technologies like Managed Mobile Devices.

• Formed, managed and maintained strategic relationships with global telecommunications carriers which increased coverage capabilities by over 55% for the telecommunications network services (Internet, MPLS, ATM etc). • Demonstrating strong management and leadership skills through effectively managing the Global Pricing Team consisting of 10 staff members following best practices.
