-Overall product and project management responsibility during PDP phase until serial production including customer communication and global team management for the HMI products on different levels i.e. Industrial, System, SW, HW, Mechanical, Quality. Activities are mainly focused on Scope, schedule, budget, issues, risk, and quality management. -Support in the department strategic objective in achieving ASPICE L3 and engage in the process improvement activities planning.

- Overall SW project management responsibility including customer communication and global team management for the HMI SW division. - Complex cybersecurity modules management through cross functional global team using agile techniques.

- Manage R&D cross functional collaboration to ensure deliverables with in project timing, scope and budget - Develop a culture of high performance, accountability, innovation and continuous improvement within the R&D team - Collaborate with all supporting departments such as projects, logistics etc. to drive delivery excellence for the assigned OEM - Focus on building and managing assigned OEM relationship with Valeo, ensuring communication with the customer is always professional and constructive

Manage multi-site resources and third parties/vendors Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, schedule, and budget Develop a detailed adaptive project plan to monitor and track progress Measure amd report project performance Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all project stakeholders Engage in standardization of the project management assets Engage in process improvement aligned to ASPICE L2

- Leading the team technically and putting their tasks assignments on the technical and leadership level using feature planning techniques in compliance agile and V-Model. - Problem solving and complex issues engagement. - Coordination with other projects teams to provide tooling services within time and quality constraints

- Software programming using many scripting and high-level languages. - Software verification and validation. - Communication with the customer as part of analysis to requirements. - Engage in process improvement activities supervised by Ainshams University senior.
