 Responsible for the effective and fast recruitment processes both internally and externally  Responsible to refine the needs of recruiting Supervisors, including:  Defining the fit of needed resources with current JD’s, or the need to develop new JDs  Defining the level, in terms of grade, of resources to be hired  Defining the level of priority/urgency of each resource  Defining a target date for recruiting  Responsible for the Recruiting Channels Management, including:

 Building Talent Pipelines and Just-In-Time Recruiting  Scheduling interviews with short listed candidates Senior & Executives Arranging interview campaigns  Manage Providing Employment Offer letters to selected candidates  Manage Visa allocations  Manage Visa endorsement follow ups  Manage Mobilization manpower to company as per the deadlines etc.,  All other related works as assigned by management in his domain of work.
