Assisting/consulting the HR department in recruitment process of new employees Executing security trades and FX transactions investing in cash alternatives, cash / stock transfers Checking positions, balances - Checking commission runs/Liaising with operations General client service – account, research, market information. Coordinating Broker’s business trips – to include travel, itineraries and expenses Preparation and co-ordination of client marketing material Client statements and research

-Recruit Manpower-personnel, using different tools in order to find the right candidate for the job (advertise, internet, testings, campus recruitments,  …), in close cooperation with Manpower Area Managers, Business Unit Managers, Sales & Operations Managers -Lead performance reviews + advisor-role in follow up -Dedicated person for several regions/departments for questions/problems/… -Follow-up new employees (first month call, 5 month call, …) -Exit interviews

Main tasks: -Make up a training program for each new employee -Train/coach new employees -Follow up new employees: tests/technical evaluation/individual coaching -Analyze individual training needs and look for internal/external solutions (contact external partners, negotiate offers, follow-up) -Exit interviews

Main tasks: -Selection and hiring candidates for job opportunities (white collar) -Payroll temporary staff (white/blue collar) -Managing strategic accounts (>50 people) -Providing advise on social legislation – social documents
