- Definition and implementation of strategic services, programs, and benefits to deliver value, and differentiation to Smartphones and increase sales. Including market research, scope definition, targets, investment, budget allocation, suppliers selection and contract signatures. Coordination with marketing areas for strong communication and training. Operation Management to create new strategies and improvements, including roadmap and KPIs. Building a strong alliance with suppliers or content providers.

- Product Development of strategic applications to deliver value and differentiation to Smartphones, Tablets, and Wearables to increase sales. - Definition of the application during the whole life-cycle. - Monitoring and controlling de implementation of the application. - Operation Management of the application to create new strategies and improvements, including roadmap and KPIs.

- Partnering with a local developer ecosystem, brands, and content providers to develop applications for Samsung customers as a differentiation. Including market research, scope definition, budget allocation, and work with the legal team for contract signatures. - Monitoring the implementation of the applications, including activities, stakeholders, risks, critical task, deadlines, and tracking progress.
