- Collect data from Functions and create milestones paper for program review approval - Leading PST meeting - Providing program information and support during prototype events preparation and build phase - Collect financial data and prepare the documents for China Joint Venture negotiations - Follow up on Global Integrator deliverable not rated or rated red and yellow - Prepare AIM deck and follow up on the overdue ones - Collect and prepare weekly the C1 programs status deck for VLD review

- Project Fiesta Model Year 2017 - Provide support during Publish Point reviews of the BoM - Analyze the complexity of commodities and develop targets based on the predetermined program content - Provide guidance to Functions for Change Process and approve the changes on behalf of PDL Author - Lead the alignment sessions with affected Engineering, Finance, Global Tooling and Purchasing teams

- Leading the project from idea to implementation and starting of production - Executing tests for validation of the new equipment and test equipment at the factory suppliers - Design new concepts for equipment and develop procedures for production and technical scope for the project - Provide training to new employees for leading small projects in operation departments - Approve cost estimating for a new project

- Contact clients for deferred payments and give solution for late payments - Approving loans for new clients, extending the period of existing loans, and verify the documents for the loans - Contact the client’s employer to validate the information in the documents
