• Worked on project in Indonesia, for the Design & Development of the products for the Asian market, for 2 years. • Skilfully designed & developed automobile switches and administrated a team of electrical switches that included power window switch & multi-function column switch. • Pro actively examined system and technology, implemented business strategies and procedures, supervised the organization's resources, and interacted with clients for technical queries.

• Coordinated project designs with other disciplines to determine equipment needs, implemented operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions, and provided technical information. • Accountable for the imminent projects in electrical power steering system for Maruti & Nissan as well as prepared proposals and quotations for upcoming projects.

• Expertly sustained the progress of electro-pneumatic brake system & parts of air brake system with the help of 3D modelling software and modification of load sensing device. • Trained, administered and evaluated staff by enabling them to improve skills and established strong relationships to gain support by increasing customer base.

• Design of the winder that included packaging and synthetic fibers, led a team for designing of automatic unit to retain uniform tape tension throughout the package configuration. • Participated in redesigning and developing new product and partnered with mechanical, software, and optical engineers by sharing product details and development activities.
