Managed a 27-person engineering team in Athens, Greece and 10 subcontractors in IBM India, co-developing core signaling protocol stacks (ISUP, MGCP, H.323, H.248, CSTA, SIP, CAS) for NSN’s next-generation VoIP soft-switch (hiQ8000).

Led a 16-member software engineering team in Athens, Greece, developing SS7/ISUP (ITU) and MGCP protocol stacks for Siemens’ next-generation VoIP soft-switch (hiQ8000).

Led the technical coordination of a 5-member software development team responsible for implementing the ITU-compliant SS7/ISUP protocol stack for Siemens’ next-generation VoIP soft-switch (hiQ8000), ensuring successful integration into telecom networks.

Key contributor to implementing the ETSI variant of the SS7/ISUP protocol stack, enabling Siemens’ next-generation VoIP soft-switch (hiQ8000) to launch successfully across the European market.
