Quality Warranty Spend Lead Engineer at Chassis Team for South America. Responsible to control the quality warranty metrics at field and turn them into OPD actions, improve customer satisfaction and make ongoing products more robust in terms of quality.

Tools Analysis and specification on the final assembly line, assembly simulation, manipulator design analysis. DPA5 activities (virtual analysis of design specifications and technical requirements) 3D analysis in Teamcenter, VisMockup, Catia V5 and analysis assembly feasibility.

Design and development of inner dash, air deflector, carpet and call top grill for global programs using CATIA V5; Publish and Freeze parts on TeamCenter; Parts analysis on VisMockup;
