Experience in Hospital Management, due to my work at the State Health Secretariat as 'Project Manager' between 2009 and 2011 for 3 hospitals. I participated in the opening of new beds, renovations, maintenance and expansion of two state hospitals. I got to know 'Hospital Accreditation' both internally and externally, living with the routine of other state hospitals. Articulation with several areas (internal and external) related to the scope, cost and management of projects.

Audit and analysis of bidding processes and accountability of state hospitals. Feasibility diagnosis, standardization of activities and Internal Control procedure. Preparation of opinions and reports directed to the application of resources and expenses, guidance on cost reduction and control of performance indicators.

Strategic, operational and budgetary planning of actions; diffusion of management modernization technologies and evaluation of institutional performance. Administrative, financial, material and service management.

Supervision of payment schedules. Bank transfers; Financial investments. Control of the Financial Movement; Bank Reconciliations and Cash Flow. Relationship with financial institutions (banks), audits and suppliers. Renewal of licenses and certificates of municipal, state and federal agencies.
