Managing Mobility sub-team for short-term assignments (10 team members). Business controll for Mobility. Project: Fit-gap for Mobility processes for AP in Manila, Philippines (3 months).

Being responsible for short-term assignment for consultants working on projects (end-to-end process) and the customer satisfaction surveys, analyzes, reporting.

During the 6 years was responsible for different HR processes: recruitment, Time and Attendance, HR administration, Training specialist for the Mission, award program.
