Building the R&D-Academy for the newly founded Division of Henkel Consumer Brands. Offering onboarding and specialization trainings with Henkel-specialists in R&D, organizing Tech Days with other Henkel Divisions and issuing scientific awards within advanced Hair research. Transforming the Henkel Consumer R&D community to a modern inter-connected workplace with advanced internal knowledge and external recognition by scientific experts.

Building a new R&D function within Beauty Care Division: Consumer Technology & Insights (CTI), where we consolidated consumer testing on hair and scalp with hair test salons, dermatological studies, hair biophysics and consumer interviews on newly developed products. R&D-Academy is built in parallel as the center of upskilling for R&D-employees.

Head of international product development for body, face and oral care products: shower gels, soaps, face cleansing, antiperspirants & deodorants, shaving gels, eau de toilettes, creams, lotions, toothpastes, mouthwashes.

Phenion was a Public-Private Partnership between Henkel and the University of Frankfurt/Main, Germany to develop in vitro methods for safety and efficacy proof of ingredients as well as in vivo methods with human volunteers for efficacy proof of consumer goods. Location was Frankfurt and Düsseldorf.
