As a university trained architect I am creative, assertive and able to work under pressure and manage deadlines. Due to my experience in retail I am customer-oriented and a true team player, always willing to support others and yet strong in leading and planning. I am well-organized and analytical, perceptive and communicative, I have an entrepreneurial spirit and I look at the big picture, as well as the little details. Keeping my positive spirit and being able to adjust to the most different and stressful everyday situations, as well as being thoughtful, attentive and cooperative, comes natural to me and helps me manage my everyday worklife as a full-time HR Specialist. Taking care of 120 colleagues isn't always the easiest of tasks, but I love the challenges and I still always appear at work with a smile on my face!
