Managed Q,C,D targets of 3 Productlines and 2 Businessunits within Matrixorganisation.

Responsible for the global supply chain of the business unit in 12 locations in Germany, Hungary, United Kingdom, France, South Africa, India, Korea, China, Brazil and Mexico. Key achievements: Implementing integrated planning. Reducing DOH, special freights and constantly improving the on time delivery within the global production network.
