Andreas Stockerl

My main objective of this role is to work closely with the Global Head of TA Operations in researching, designing, analysing and implementation of continuous improvement projects as well as supporting the TA teams with all the tools, training and information they need to run successful and engaged teams as well as attracting the best Talent to support Kantar in flourishing and growth.

I work collaboratively with colleagues within my team, and more broadly across the global business, undertaking active searches amongst passive and competitive audiences to meet short-term critical hiring needs. Equally, I build specific market knowledge and targeted candidate communities, core to our business, to deliver against mid-term hiring needs. My role is to evangelise and excite these communities about the Kantar proposition and build strong relationships through relevant and regular communication.
