I am overall responsible for ensuring the quality of service delivery for a Cloud (Infrastructure as a Service) platform, by leading continuous monitoring and improvement initiatives for the service design, build and operations. I am also coordinating the Development team as Scrum Master, I am carrying out the role of Agile Business Analyst, aiming at delivering a continuously improved quality service to customers and I am responsible as Product Owner for the cloud services offered.

Responsible for the outsourced operations of two major customers, during and after the offshoring process from Italy and the Netherlands to Romania: setup&drove service delivery governance; Initiated&drove improvement plans to correct ops and financial deviations; Designed&delivered solution, reducing with 10% the Opex costs in 1 year period; designed the new organizational blueprint; Defined Service Level Agreements and Operational Level Agreements

I was responsible to provide second level support operations and maintenance activities for Value Added Services (MMS, SMS, OTA, ADC, Fortimail). Key contributions: • Performed preventive and corrective maintenance, problem management, acceptance, fault management • Logged in the performed activities in Remedy ticketing tool • Monitored and analyzed the Performance and quality of service analysis of service performance • Initiated and drove performance improvement actions

I was authorized to execute trades on the monetary - financial and commodities exchange and the stock exchange markets.
