Work with internal business customers to identify functional, system and technical requirements mentioned in the contract. Generate ideas for projects and interact with customers to resolve issues on existing SAP systems. Help implement and deliver an invoice solution which meets client contract requirements. Coordinate testing of all implementations performed by engaging with relevant teams; follow up on the bugs to be fixed and ensures a timely closing.

Act as a first point of contact for UK/IRE distributors on daily operational matters. Resolve operational issues that may arise from the end-to-end sales process (e.g. SAP order status, deliveries, invoicing, returns and financial post-sales programs). Contribute to efforts to optimize current processes, often collaborating with other groups within HP to improve day-to-day activities. Manage escalations for all Business Units

E2E creation and coordination of procurement orders, from receipt to delivery using internal tools and the Procurement Instance of SAP. Act as subject matter expert and provide the customer with advice in the area of procurement. Placing the customer orders in SAP tool according to the external established requirements. Strong involvement in the SOP (standard operation procedure) documentation update

Receiving inbound calls from direct customers and providing them with information related to telephone issues, troubleshooting, Internet and subscription information. Achieving performance indicators (talk time indicators, call quality and direct feedback from customers) Perform miscellaneous job related duties, as assigned across all areas of contact center operations.
