Accountable for managing a portfolio of complex IoT/IIoT products and solutions for KUKA’s external and internal clients. To succeed we take a 360 degree view to the product/solution and consider all relevant perspectives: business value, technological, data ownership, cultural, financial and legal. The delivery process I am responsible for includes solution design, technical architecture design and steering the delivery by internal departments and external vendors.

Leading a department of IT-focused consultants with 3 accountability areas: - Accountable for the success of the project portfolio to drive the digitalization of the Deutsche Telekom AG. Example projects: M2M business model, setup of IT security unit of the Deutsche Telekom, the introduction of a new internal IT operating model - Accountable for hiring and developing consultants on all levels - Acting as a trusted advisor for the Telekom's board and SVP level regarding the topic of digital transformation

For the timeframe between April and October 2016 I was accountable for leading the overall Center for Strategic Projects organization, including 5 departments and approx. 80 internal employees.
