Daily management of the PM Department: team management, hiring process, client acquisition, key account planning and management, technical consulting, member of the Management Board, directly reporting to the CEO

Joint the company at the start up times, establishment of the Project Management Department, client acquisition and small team management. Reporting directly to the CEO

Responsible for the FMPP (Federal Military Pass Program) Operation for 12 rotations of IFOR / SFOR soldiers. Working with the local FBI, MP and G2 agents, reporting to the NCOIC directly and to the HQ. Responsibility went beyond 60.000 people in total.
