Multiple leadership positions spanning Engineering, R&D, Manufacturing, Program Management and Strategy functions driving the development and launch of an industry-leading product breadth of powertrain and propulsion systems; delivered innovations in the fields of: turbomachinery, electrified powertrain, high speed electric motors & control, bearing systems, electric actuation, systems and software integration, high temperature kinematics, NVH and fatigue sciences.

Born out of a desire to help the world make better decisions in energy consumption, I co-founded a company that provided comprehensive, vertically-integrated and cost-effective solar energy solutions to customers in the mid-size commercial/ residential market segment; Developed a complete suite of products/ services ground-up including hybrid inverters, advanced panel mounting systems, full grid + energy storage integration and mobile platforms for online health monitoring.

Responsible for special projects team: developing highly customized turbomachinery solutions for advanced powertrain needs of customers globally, driving innovation in the fields of: ICE simulation/ modeling, turbomachinery, advanced instrumentation + testing, high speed electric machines, actuation systems, multi-stage turbomachinery and high temperature mechanisms.

Principal research engineer responsible for design, development and concept testing of an integrated suspension and tire system (TWEEL™). Led efforts to complete benchmarking and setting vehicle-level drivability + performance targets and target flow-down to vehicle suspension component level targets.
