My previous role developed into a core team role, consulting with English speaking potential customers and providing support during the implementation phase. Marketing activities continued, including website redevelopment projects and brand identity creation amongst others. Personal interests and academic learning in the field of Content Strategy have also translated into playing a role in user interface design, usability testing and feature conceptualisation.

This position was for an English speaking intern at an Austrian software provider that wished to emerge in the English speaking market. Early tasks involved translation as well as helping in the development and testing of the desktop and smartphone applications. Once an established provider in the market, the role developed to include customer contact, sales negotiation, after sales service, social media engagement, SEO and PPC administration and developing marketing strategies.
